The first thing to do is open streamline. Go into the contacts tab and create two new columns titled "Date" and "Task Description" and populate the first column with the date of the week and the second column with the description of the task. I noticed that even if I give the task a new ID, it continues to pull from the old one. Once you have done that, go to the time track tab and make sure the correct date column is highlighted, then select the "Retrieve from Multiple Spreadsheets" button. Next, click on the first spreadsheet and make sure the "Columns" box is set to pull from the "Date" column. Select the second spreadsheet and make sure the "Source Selection" box is set to "Column". Finally, click on the "Choose Files" button (in the top right) and browse to get all of the spreadsheets that you want in the data import you are creating. Once you select all of the spreadsheets, click on the "Open" button and you're done.
If you use a software that does not have a direct integration with Streamline, setup can be a little difficult and tedious, but nothing that can't be overcome. You just need to know where to source your data on a weekly/monthly basis and format it in a spreadsheet for Streamline. The instruction manual will walk you through it. Most of my trouble was with exports from our own software on my end, not streamline. d2c66b5586
