You can only download free Windows apps from the Internet using Chrome, Edge or Firefox on Windows 10 (Pro or Home). If you click on the Windows button in the top left you will see the Windows Store. You'll need to sign in with your Microsoft Account. (You can use your current email address or pick a new one at the Windows logo and sign in screen.) If you click the little arrow next to the search box (at the top right), you can filter to find your favorite products. On the left, you'll find apps which are free to download and apps with an in-app purchase price.
This is an interesting program. It allows you to create presentations from digital photos and videos and PDF files and to choose from several templates. You can add background music to your presentation and set a custom transition effect for different slides. While you can preview your presentation on your computer, it is not always necessary. PowerPoint can sync with several cloud services and on iPad. Once your online presentation is saved you can share it with others via email, social media, or iCloud, and you can download the presentation to your iPad or iPhone. The capacity to sync isn't unlimited.
